I overloaded my Whirlpool 6th Sense WFS1071AW-7.5 front loading

Customer Question

I overloaded my Whirlpool 6th Sense WFS1071AW-7.5 front loading washing machine with a large blanket which caused the machine to stop, and all lights to go out. There is no power from the washing machine. What has gone wrong and how can I fix it please?

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I do not think the issue with the machine dying was related to the heavy blanket. I suspect you have an electrical issue. Unplug the machine for at least 4 hours. Any change when plugged back in?
