my icemaker for my Whirlpool quick partner 3 profile GE stopped working a coupe months ago everything else is fine can you help

The icemaker itself has most likely failed here. There is a small TEST button (it is NOT a reset) on the side of it just above the point where the ice level arm pivots. Hold it in for a few seconds and see if the icemaker cycles. You can pull the icemaker out a bit to see it better if you need to. Let me know what happens.

I pushed test button tried it twice didn't work. When I push ice it makes the sound and you csn feel cool air coming out of dispenser. Do you have any other ideas also the reset filter button is Orange

I reset it and its green

The icemaker has failed then- replace it. It is a very simple job.

I do not have one but I doubt you even need one. Simply remove the wire cover below the icemaker, unplug the wire harness from it and then depress the tab that engages the ceiling and pull the icemaker right out.
