John I have a Market forge ST-3e; it does not steam, I cleaned

Customer Question

John I have a Market forge ST-3e; it does not steam, I cleaned and inspected the probes they seem fine.
When I turn power on I can hear water coming in and the fill LED is on. But shortly after the low water led comes on and a loud buzzing stays on, when i turn it off water drains out of the unit.
is the low water relay bad?
