Hello. My washer starts the water process but automatically drains it while filling.

The only explanation for this is siphoning as the machine cannot pump the water out unless it is in the spin mode. Pull your drain hose up so only about 6 inches sticks into the drain pipe. You must also have an air gap as well meaning it must have some space around it where it fits into your drain pipe.
