Hi, that would usually indicate a defrost issue or a freon issue. Inside the refrigerator section is an evaporator. You need to pull the back panel off inside the refrigerator to access it. Is the fan above it running? What does the frost pattern look like? The evaporator should have a 1/16 frost pattern from top to bottom. Frost in just one corner on top would indicate a freon issue either a loss of freon or a restriction of freon flow. If the coils are heavily frosted over, you have a defrost issue. The defrost heater, thermistor, or board could be bad. You need to ohm the heater and sensor to verify control is faulty. We work on the honor system here at Just Answers.
