it has now been over an hour since this request was made; additionally, i've since talked to 2 more cust ser reps who said they were getting a moderator involved and i would have an answer soon. i've been in front of this computer approx 2 hours not counting the time last night. i have things to do - if you cannot help me, just say so and i will get assistance elsewhere.
