My washer 's reset water level bottom is causing the cycle

Customer Question

My washer 's reset water level bottom is causing the cycle not to start washing. The tub fills up with water and won't wash.

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The most common cause of this issue is a plugged air pressure hose that leads from the tub to the pressure switch. The pressure switch is mounted at the top of the machine and will have a very small hose attached to it. If you remove that hose and blow through it (the hose), does air easily pass? May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
