I have a ge d/w mod#GHDA480N10WW.the normal wash and the hot wash light are blinking.

On your control panel there should be a "High Temp" and "Heated Dry" buttons. Go ahead and alternate pressing those 2 buttons until all the lights come on and then stop and let the unit reset itself. Let me know what happens.

It won't do it.normal wash light is blinking and the drain pump is on

Check the base for water. If there is water dry it up and try the unit again.

There is a base pan underneath the dishwasher that may have water in it. Pull the unit out in the floor and tilt it back 45 degrees and see if any water comes out.

The other expert was not even talking about your model. You need a new main board kit, part#WD21X10247 This is the board and the touchpad assembly and it is easily replaced after removing the inner door liner.

That part is bad if you still have the flashing lights. Did you remember to take the jumper off the old one and put it in place?
