Hello, this is Dave. Without a model number I'm not sure how much I can help. Are you saying the 110 wall outlet on the stove is not working?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes

Okay, well there is a fuse in some of these but without the model number I can't be sure about yours. Look in under the top behind the burners for a fuse. Do you know how old your stove is? Is there a model plate inside the door opening or under the top burners?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The stove is about 10 years old, ceramic top. I looked inside the door and behind the stove and can't find a model number. I found a wiring diagram labelled###-##-####REV.A if that's any help.

No, I won't be able to find any information without the model number.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well, I guess you won't be any help.

Sorry, I will opt out.

The model number should actually be located on the frame of the oven (not the door) but can be seen if you open the oven door or remove the drawer below the door if there is one. Can you look around the frame to see if you can locate the model number again by chance?
