And the washer keeps stopping and does not finish the cycle. What is the solution to this error?

Thanks for your question.
That is a door unlock failure you need a new door latch kit. Here is a video for you and part number for it.

All I ask is please rate my service thanks!

I followed the steps as mentioned. First off the part number on the video is not the same one that came out of my machine. The one coming out of my machine(W10059230), looks the same as in the video, but the part number you have on the video description looks different(W10619844) and may not be the correct part. However it somehow fit. But the error code did not go away and I have removed the new part to get. Waste of time and the part I am not sure can be returned. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

It should be W10059230 I am sorry if the part number was not correct in the video, I checked it and I think I had the last two letters mixed up. Sorry about that.
