Customer Question

I have a wolf range that is probably 5 years old - it is dual fuel. The little control knob on the front that sets the temp for the range will not change from the 3 small red dashes instead of a temperature. I've tried switching the oven to broil, convection, etc. but no go - just 3 small red dashes.

Ok have the oven control knob in the off position.
Press and hold the CLOCK KEY and TIMER KEY at the same time for 3 seconds. The ambient temp reading should show up on the display. Turn the oven temp knob readout knob to the right 7 separate times. Then Press the clear key and see if it returns to normal
