I have a Welbilt fridge , Model # *****

Customer Question

I have a Welbilt fridge , Model # ***** . About a week ago the fridge temp. began to get warmer & warmer over the past few days .
I removed everything & stored all in a neighbors fridge . The freezer , however is still working properly ( VERY COLD ) .
I turned unit off , defrosted & cleaned thoroughly yesterday & today . I plugged it back in ; freezer, ice cold , fridge still warm .
Coils in rear are HOT . Any suggestions ?
Respectfully ,

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The issue is likely with air flow if the freezer is still cooling well. I am unable to locate anything on the model you have posted. Can you please double check that model number?
