No matter what cycle its in, my FAV6800 reaches end of wash

Customer Question

No matter what cycle its in, my FAV6800 reaches end of wash cycle & keeps on washing every few minutes. Never enters spin mode. I entered service mode, removed JP4 harness from motor control & did spin test. Made a screaching noise & only went to 48 rpm. What is my problem. Replaced motor control board, no help.

Given that you have noises accompanying the lack of spin, I suspect the clutch assembly will probably need to be replaced.
