Welcome and thank you for your question. I will be the professional that will be assisting you.
Hi, what is the model number?
Where does it get stuck at?
Thanks
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
EI15IM55GS. It tells you to touch and hold the power button and then touch and release the "check mark" button three times followed by releasing the power button. NOTHING happens. It doesn't go to CL

I have done it before with success but I also remember it wasn't as exactly directed. I can't remember what I did different.

Try the sequence below.
Touch and hold the POWER button.
b Touch and release the LIGHT button
three times, then release the POWER
button.
c The display will show “CL” to confirm the
beginning of the cleaning cycle.
Let me know what happens.

I already did that several times. That's what the owners manual says to do. It doesn't go to CL
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It just stays off.
Expert:  Appliance Medic replied 1 year ago.
Unplug it for 2-3 minutes and try again. That may reset the control. If that does not work, the control would need to be replaced because it's shorted.

tried that already. I know theres a trick. I thought you might know it.
Expert:  Appliance Medic replied 1 year ago.
The service manual and use and care manual show that entry to the clean cycle is done by using the sequence. If that sequence does not work, the control is faulty.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no I have done this before. Just forgot to keep notes. Its clear your reading the owners manual just like me and do not have experience with this appliance. Have a nice day.
Expert:  Appliance Medic replied 1 year ago.
You do the same.
Thanks
