I have a Maytag Centennial top loading washer. I bought it

Customer Question

I have a Maytag Centennial top loading washer. I bought it three years ago and it's been doing a great job. But now, suddenly, the clothes are not coming out clean. The machine runs through the whole cycle, the clothes come out with the normal level of wetness. The machine is adding water and spinning it out, etc. and running through the whole cycle and you can hear it "aggitating" during the cycle but I don't think it's really aggitating because the little laundry detergent pods aren't fully dissolving and the clothes are not getting clean. Any ideas what's going on?

Thank you. Have you tried to calibrate the washer yet?

No. I don't know what that is. Also the wash plate just spins if you turn it. Should it do that?
