Customer Question

Kenmore refridge water dispenser is leaking. I turned the water off to the refridge and it is still leaking. Where is this leak coming from and what do I do about it? Even when I have the freezer door open it still leaks.

are you saying that this leak is right from the chilled water dispenser spout?
Or is it leaking elsewhere?

Model #(###) ###-#### ***** dripping seems to be coming from in back of the black flap. I'm almost wondering if a washer from the water supply is the issue, since I turned the water off to the refridge and it is still dripping.

Thank you from what you are saying you have a water inlet valve on the refrigerator that is leaking.
and will need to be replaced.
.And the reason you still have the leak with the water supply turned off is because until it leaks enough the water system in the unit is still pressurized.
