I HAVE A GE NAUTILUS - THE SPRAYER ARM WON'T SPIN DURING USE

Customer Question

I HAVE A GE NAUTILUS - THE SPRAYER ARM WON'T SPIN DURING USE (SPINS FREELY BY HAND) OR SPRAY (WATER JUST TRICKLES OUT) -- I HAVE ALREADY CLEANED THE SPRAYER ARM - NO HELP. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

The arms spin based on the pressure created by the pump. If you see the water is only trickling out of the arms, then it sounds like you need to try to clean the sump/filters in the bottom of your dishwasher and if you find nothing, the circulation pump itself needs to be replaced.
