How do I change the temp. buttons to get the correct readings on my refrigerator? I have a french door model RF265AB, THE POWER WENT OUT IN HOUSE, refridg. is working but the settings are wrong. the refrigerator & freezer reading lights both say 88 degrees

88 88 means that you have an error code so until you fix the error the display won't read properly. Can you tell me which segments of which 8 is blinking? That tells me what error code you're getting.
