Sorry but I do not live online you replayed after I replyed to you.
\The F7/E2 error code is a MCU FAILURE( motor control)
Check you electrical connections on the motor control board and on the drive motor to make sure they are secure .
- Run any cycle to verify the MCU operations of the drive motor. If the cycle failed, Integrated Motor-MCU must be replaced
let me know what you find.

It is too late for someone else to help me, I am no longer in the location of the machine. I do not expect you to be on line 24 hours a day. What I do expect is that you don't take on a new case 30 minutes before you sign off, and then not answer me first thing when you sign back on. I need a refund.
