my new refr/frz (bottom mount freezer) GNE29GSHSS -: refr temp control is no longer working, temp keeps going up. We did not receive a owners manual, so cannot troubleshoot. Purchased from Lowe's April 5.
Refr. temp now reads 56 degrees, freezer preset at 0 , now reads minus 4.
