Great!
If the customer is using 1/3 of a cup of detergent that is WAY TOO MUCH detergent for this design of machine.
Should only use 3-4 tables spoons of detergent , she only uses 1 and 1/2 gallons of water in the wash cycle so 1/3 of a cup is leaving detergent still on the clothes even after they have gone through the rinse cycle.
That is why the clothes are dingy they still have detergent in them .
You should be able to show them by taking clean clothes and running a cycle and showing the drain water still has suds in it on the drain cycle of the now second wash .
And recommend to use a cleaner at least every six months.
And also make sure they are not using a cold water wash selections with out using a cold water HE detergent that will leave access detergent also .
They do make a cold water HE detergent!
Let me know if you have any questions at all Tommy.
