My ge profile has been running and running but is no longer cold on top
Bottom freezer is still frozen. Any suggestions for trouble shooting?

You likely have a defrosting issue. You need to check the back wall of the freezer for frost build up on the wall or vents on the back panel. If the units heater or defrost circuit is not working correctly, air can not be blown into the refrigerator to cool it properly due to the frosting blockage. Check that first as that is the most likely issue on that unit causing the problem.
