Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 34 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 60,000 phone and internet repairs under my belt.
Does the console show any light on at all?
And do you have a Volt -ohm meter to be able to do any testing?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no light at all do not have volt-ohm meter
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.
ok with out being able to do any checks to see if the unit is even getting voltage to operate we are stuck.
you will need a meter or you will need to call for a service company to come out and look at it.

ok it looks like the door latch is loose. Not sure this would cause this problem
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.
Yes if the door latch is not telling the control that the door is closed it will NOT start that is a safety feature. Here is a link to the door latch if it is broken ,to replace it you will need to take the inner and outer door apart .http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Door-Latch/W10240053/1551895?rcaid=1000070 These latches break often inside the door If you have any questions just reply back.
