Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX you for choosing our service.

Do you have a volt meter to test with?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

no i don't

You are losing power, one leg of your 220. 110 runs the stove top and the other 110 runs the oven. First thing I would do is go and press the breaker off hard because only one side can trip and its hard to tell. That will reset it then turn the breaker back on. Try the oven or look at the clock I should say.

If the clock is not on turn off the breaker and pull out the stove. Take the outlet apart and look there for a loose wire, if you find none take the stove apart, look for a loose wire there. Other than getting a bad new board the problem will be in one of those locations.

Please ask if you have questions, if not please leave a ratiing for me.
