Nicholas, I just received an emergency call out for a broken water spigot.
Sam is going to take over for me.
Best, Smitty

ok Nicholas

Does the drum rotate back and fourth during agitation sequence?

Can you hear the motor trying to run?

Do you get any F codes ?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The drum does not rotate, but the motor does run.

The F code I get is f2e1, I think. 2 blinks, 3 seconds, 1 blink, 8 seconds, repeat.

ok if the motor runs but no drum movement .

Have you removed the top or the rear panel and made sure the belt is on both the motor and drum pullies?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No. Want me to do that now?

Yes if you would please!!
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The belt is attached to both.

ok can you run ithe washer and see if the belt /motor is running ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It is not.

Ok do you hear the sound you where hearing before?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The exact same sound.

ok so that is probably the drain pump you hear .

So with the code you have F1E2 and the motor not running.

I would have to assume you have a faulty motor control board
