Last night we lost power for about four hours due to a storm now the time is flashing and it says unlocking dorrs but the dorrs are not locked. How do I reset? thanks fb
Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

Try to flip the breaker off for 60 seconds and see if the electronics will reset. If that doesn't work, it sounds like your display control board has failed and isn't reading the latch assembly correctly so the display board would need to be replaced to fix the issue.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

as I stated we had already done the breaker so this did not help

So all you said was QUOTE:

"Ihave made sure that the braker is on and I have to set the clock"

You never actually said you turned it off for 60 seconds to see if it would reset. Either way, if that doesn't work, then your display board is shorted and would need to be replaced. That's not something you or I can control but it would still need to be replaced.
