Hello, My name isXXXXX you for choosing Just Answer, It is my pleasure to assist you today.
None of the heating elements ? do you mean both the oven and the top burners ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes both oven and top burners

okay perfect, since theres no electronic part that controls both the oven and top burners you have 1 of 2 problems,. 1 your not getting 220 volts to the range or 2 the cord is either bad or the connector block has burnt a wire off. this is the terminal corrector block for the cord. pull the range out and unplug it, take the cover off where the cord connects and check the wiring. if thats good check the power at the plug (house plug) you should be getting 220 volts to the two outside terminals.
