Looks like this one is located inside the control panel, to gain access to the control panel pull the unit out from the wall, Take the panel off in the rear of the control panel. It's likely the switch is loose or broken, the switch is fairly cheap so it might be worth replacing it. The part number is XXXXX You would remove the wire harness then press the clip on the side to unsnap it from the machine. Before doing this make sure the lid is lifted.

Your answer helped however I did not replace the switch as you suggested since it functioned ok. The metal bracket arm was bent. I straightedge the arm and reinstalled. Thanks.
