ice2o French door bottom freezer not cooling. No ice build

ice2o French door bottom freezer not cooling. No ice build up in freezer, fans working and compressor running
Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

Can you remove the back panel inside the freezer and see what the silver coils look like behind the back panel? Are the coils packed with frost? No frost at all? Lightly frosted from top to bottom? Some frost on top but not on bottom? etc...

no ice coils not getting cold

OK then if the compressor is running you either have a freon leak or a bad compressor. You'd need to have a technician come out and tap into the freon system to see if you are low on freon pressure or if you have an inefficient compressor that would need to be replaced. A new compressor is about $550 and a freon leak costs about $350 to have repaired
