Model 110.76972501

Replaced the motor relay and heat kicked on. Got a call back no heat.

Please reference my other questions. Had another tech help me but he's offline. I'm at the job now..

0 voltage from black to white wire but 120v from each wire to ground

Sorry, I neglected to look at this as a gas dryer. Do you have voltage top the igniter wires?

It's gas not electric so it's just the ignitor.

Yes, do you read voltage between the two wires going to the igniter when it should be calling for heat?

No, only from each wire to ground. Between no voltage. For some reason the ignitor just fired up and it seems to be working now. It's the worst kind. Intermittent problem

The connector is probably loose or bad. Glad it is now working, though!
