Unfortunately there is not a reset, The dryer is running as it should but you are not getting any heat?

Correct. Its brand new and under warranty. I am hoping I could try a quick fic rather than deal with sears

Ok sounds to me like one of the safety thermostats may have blow, this will sometimes happen when there is a electrical surge. If the machine is under warranty then you should call to have the machine fixed under the warranty :(
