i have a samsung cooltech dynamic sr44rmb fridge freezer and water is leaking from the freezer compartment on top into the fridge below.

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I look forward to helping you! Your defrost drain is frozen and not allowing the defrost water to flow as it should to the condensate pan below the cabinet. The easiest thing to do is to unplug the refrigerator and leave the doors open for 12 hours. This will allow any ice to thaw and restore proper drainage. You will then have no more leakage into the fresh food section.
