Verified with a flashlight that water droplets are falling from the rotating disc from underneath the machine. Have it pulled out and tilted and can find no cracks or loose fittings. Now what?
Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

Are you saying that you see water coming from the center rotating disc below the main tub?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes

OK so that is a major problem. That means that your main outer tub bearing and seal has failed and the entire outer plastic tub would need to be replaced because the seal and bearing are built into the outer tub.

How much can we expect to pay for the required parts and also an estimate of the standard service hours required for a repairman to replace the parts would be helpful.

So the cost for the job is normally about $350 or so. It takes about 1 hour or so for a skilled technician to replace the part, but could be a lot longer if they don't know what they are doing. The tub part number itself is W10193886 and costs about $200.
