Replaced old defrost timer with new one we order, but freezer wouldn't turn on. So we put the old timer back in so the freezer would work. What are we doing wrong?
Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

The defrost times come in defrost mode. You just need to install the new defrost timer and after 45 minutes or so, the refrigerator should kick back on.
