KitchenAid Drawer Dishwasher Model KUDD01DPPA1
(fondly XXXXX XXXXX a the junk in our kitchen)

Both drawers have same problem, have refused to use in 6+ months due to aggrevation of poor cleaning, water not draining, bottom drawer ran for hours (Not the energy saver as advertised), top drawer shocked you half the time when pushing settings.

Top & Bottom drawers....
Push start (any setting)
Noise.....growling, clicking, grinding (Like door is trying to close)
Noise stops and outside start/resume light flashes red and an unending beep, beep, beep starts. Can also hear lid lifting back up.
Light/China light is then lit
Water refuses to drain

Top drawer only- HiTemp light does not press/light/anyting
Has had main circuit board replaced twice to the tune of $600+ each time.

Fixable or Junk yard ready?
Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I look forward to helping you! That machine is the same as the original Fisher Paykel drawer dishwasher and is a poor design, in my opinion and reflected as such in service history. They have had issues with the drain system, the lid sealing system, which has been redesigned a couple of times, the electronics and the motors. I would not invest another penny into that machine. It is close to its expected life of about 8 years anyway, correct?
