no it wont heat up.


 

Okay, with the range unplugged, remove the rear access panel so you can get to the back of the oven control. Remove the wires from the control marked with red arrows in the picture below and tape them firmly together so the metal parts make good contact. Plug the range back in and see if they will then heat. Let me know what happens, please.

Okay, so what you did was bypass the L2 relay on the control. That relay is bad and the control will need to be replaced. The correct one is available below. Very well done, good job!
