Okay , the issue is the water chiller inside the refrigerator section itself. its behind the crisper drawer. It should look like this but some are different .

stale water sits in this and after a while builds up a bad taste. sears has this in stock but its $55.00. you can go to lowes and buy the water line roll it up and get the connectors and do the job for less than half of that. heres a link to sears if you wish though. http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/2256126/0046/106?pathTaken=directMatch&filterPart=&pop=flush&prst=0&shdPart=2256126
