Get Pump Blocked? error message in drain cycle
replaced Pump
same issue
drains slowly and times out and get "Pump Blocked?"
could it be the pressure switch?

applianceguy :

applianceguy :

applianceguy :

I should have said also check stand pipe, n

Customer:

all pipes are clear. The boot has nothing in it, i can feel the drain ball. I checked the error messages. Er 15. Which is drain timer related.

applianceguy : If it is draining slowly and you replaced the pump, there has to be a restriction some where

Customer:

could it be a blockage between the drum and boot? Like the pump can only pump out the water at a rate that its coming at it. Its not a full stream coming out of the hose.

Customer:

The unit is probably 10 years old.

Customer:

could it have something to do with the wrong detergent?

Customer:

guming up something

applianceguy : Yes it can be between tub and boot, but i would suspect a sock or wash cloth something small. Remove the boot and see if you can see anything

That was it. I found a pair of ladies panties stuck in the Ball check valve in the boot attached to the drum. Its fixed.
