Our office purchased a Professiona Series Ice Maker last fall. It currently does not make ice. I have checked the water level, turned it off and on, and nothing. I have read the User manual. Don't know what's going on. Any ideas? 5-17-13

Is the mold full of water and in what position are the mold ejector fingers in.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Sorry - this is my work email, didn't have access to it on the weekend.

Mold fingers (evaporator)are straight down. There is no water
except under the ice basket. When I turn the machine on, nothing moves and the sound is like something is trying to bring the water in but then it clicks off.
I the mold fingers are straight down the motor on the icemaker has went bad, you would need to replace the icemaker assembly as they do not sell the motor itself separate.
