Hi. I'm Smitty. I am a professional appliance repair consultant here to help you diagnose, and repair, your appliance.
Does it do it at the same time every time it does it, or is it random?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

iT DOES SO AT RANDOM JUST AS IT REALLY STARTS SPINNING FAST

Okay. The lid switch is the most likely component that will cause the symptoms you describe. Unfortunately there is no way to prove this out as it is an intermittent issue.
If the lid switch is about to fail it will start to act up during a cycle that causes vibrations. This is true with the spin cycle and is why this is the most likely component.
There is a parts company that accepts returns of electronic components even if they have been installed. http://appliancepartspros.com is the site.
Here is the link to the link to the lid switch.

Please let me know if you have any other immediate concerns.
If not please select a positive rating at this time. Doing so will not close your question, and after you rate my service you may ask any followup questions you like. All at no additional charge.

Thank you.

Could the brake assembly cause this problem ?

It is possible, but comes with a lot of noise. Is the unit noisy during spin?
