Hello, Thank you for using this service, I will be helping you with your problem today, Good afternoon, this is a common issue with these, your oven igniter is getting weak and is having trouble opening the safety valve. Oven Igniter 786324 Main Product View you need to replace the igniter . this is located under the floor of the oven. these are delicate so be careful not to bang while installing. heres link to order the igniter. http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Oven-Igniter/786324/1191 these need to draw a certain amount of amps to open the valve. thanks , Bryan

the ceramic portion is approximately 2 3/4" long, the entire ignitor is approximately 4 3/4" long

they may have discontinued your exact igniter. although the one I showed you does work in your oven. What I would do is call repair clinic @ (XXX) XXX-XXXX and ask them to double check your igniter. they will get you the correct one. I'm so sorry for that.
