Hi I,m John I will help you with the fridge not cold problem .
Open the freezer door and reach in to the back panel and tell me if you feel frost on that panel and can you hear the freezer fan motor going please .
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
No fan noise. Bottom part of the panel..metal..is clod and wet. No real frost. FYI dor switch for ffridge gone badyi
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
At the back of the freezer near the top there's a metal fork shaped thing that seems to be a motor (it spins around w an electric sound when I spin it) that isn't moving. Not sure.
Maybe ice dispenser that's not attached?

side by side model w water.

I looked at the model breakdown and that modes has no fan switch ,if you cant hear the fan motor I would replace the freezer fan motor ,heres a link to that fan motor.
If you require more assistance let me know please .

When you said you could not hear the fan motor could you hear the compressor going ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I don't think so. There's just a blowing now that wasn't there before
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
There is a vibration on the bottom back. Compressor must be running
Expert:  John replied 3 years ago.
Ok, pull the fridge out and remove the bottom back panel and clean the condenser coils thats very important especially if the have pets in the house.
The fan motor in the freezer could be defective its hard to say right now ,
I would keep an eye on it and if you hear the compressor going but no freezer fan motor .replace the freezer fan motor .
The coils to clean is number 730 in the breakdown .
