Customer: replied 3 years ago.

WTW6500WW1

so when you start this do you hear the pump kick in at all? does any water start comming in ? is there any fault codes showing up ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I hear it come on, water comes, the faulty codes are. ..UL, F, and some other code

okay the UL is for unbalanced load. can you restart this and see if you can get me the other code ? the F code?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It won't stay on

okay Unplug the washer for 5 minutes and plug it back in, see if the board resets. have you tried that yet ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes I've tried that already. .. when I plug it in it beeps on but when I start it, it shuts off

okay. I will need a little time to pull up the tech sheets so we can go through a diagnostic program. I'll be back in a few once I have them.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Ok

okay to activate the automatic service mode.

Be sure the washer is in standby mode (plugged

in with all indicators off; or with only the Clothes

Clean or Done indicator on).

all indicators on the console are illuminated for

5 seconds with

88 showing in the Estimated

Time Remaining two-digit display.

Ô

If indicators do not display as described above,

the press/hold/release procedure above may

not have been performed within the time frame

necessary for successful entry. Repeat step 2

to ensure this was not the cause. If still

unsuccessful, see Diagnostic: Unsuccessful

Entry, at right.

3.

The test sequence continues by checking for saved

fault codes:

Ô

If there are saved fault codes, see Diagnostic:

Saved Fault Codes, page 2.

Ô

If there are no saved fault codes, all indicators

on the console will momentarily turn off, then

turn back on with

88 displayed. After

5 seconds, the Automatic test, below, begins.
