For your information, I followed the internet pages until you said that you were satisfied with my credentials. The 'CONTINUE' button at the end of that page put me right back on the same page, over and over. So I telephoned Sears and made an appointment. That's the full story. You did nothing to warrant the $38 I paid up front, and I request a refund. Perhaps you should review your computer program.
