Have you checked the filters inside the connections where the fill hoses attach to the washer? There should be a screen inside each connection. Take a pliers or a screw driver and pry out the filters. Clean them as needed. If after you have cleaned the screens and the washer still will not fill with water, you will need to replace the fill valve.
