HOW DO I RESET MY FREEZER. MY WIFE WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE OUR FREEZER WENT FROM -2 TO -18 DEGREES AND WE OR I PUSHED THE DOWN THEN THE UP BUTTONS AND NOW ALL I CAN GET IS A READING OF OFF. WHAT I NEED TO DO TO RESTART EVERYTHING?

FTER 20 MINUTES I PLUGGED IT BACK IN AND THE READINGS ARE STILL THE SAME. OFF

  • Press the up button 3 times until a 1 shows on the display.
  • Then press the up button again to set the temperature.

i HAVE TRIED THAT AND THE COMPRESSOR HAS NOT CAME ON NOR HAS THE READING CHANGED FROM OFF.
