Hello,

Thank you for the model number.

Usually, if you just let it sit for more than 15 minutes, the unit would turn off by itself and should unlock the door.

How ever, if this is not happening, you could have a bad door lock.

To manually open the door, here is the instruction form the manual;

1. Disconnect the power plug from the power supply.
2. Open the filter cover using a coin.
3. Remove the water from the washing machine.
4. Locate the orange plastic tab and pull it forward to open the door.

I hope you can now open your door.

Done that but lock still appear on the screen door still lock.
Hello,

Have you seen the orange tab and while pulling it forward, use your other hand to pull the lever and it should open up already.

Unless the door lock is already damaged and the orange tab is no longer connected with this door lock mechanism that is why it can not open it anymore, then I am afraid you would have to replace your door lock .

You would have to remove the top cover by removing screws securing it from the back. Then the top cover would slide back wards. Then from the top, you can try to catch the lever of the door lock and see if you can manage to open it from that side.
