Model No. EB9SHKXV

okay perfect. You have a clogged defrost drain line. when this defrosts the water is supposed to go down a drain to a pan underneath the refrigerator. the drain is frozen. what you need to do is remove the back panel inside the freezer behind the food # XXXXX on this diagram. if you have an ice maker it has to come out also. once the panel is out you will see silver coils. under the coils in the middle is the defrost drain (probably covered in ice) take boiling water and pour it over the ice until its all melted and this drains freely. that will take care of the issue, thanks and best wishes, Bryan
