okay, i cant bring up the diagrams for this unit unfortunately, what you need to do however is remove the back panel inside the freezer behind the food. remove the drawer and if this has an ice maker in the freezer remove that, in most cases the rear panel will come out with removing the rails for the drawer, remove the screws in the panel and up in the center of the panel you will see a vent, there are usually clips (plastic) holding that on. release the clips and remove. once the screws are out pull the panel forward at the top and lift it out past the rails. the drain will be in the center under the silver coils, it is probably covered in ice, pour boiling water over it until it all defrosts and this drains freely again. hope this helps, thanks and best wishes, Bryan
