Hello, Thank you for using this service, I will be helping you with your problem today

Does this actually dry the clothes and just keeps running ? the timer never advances? or does it?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

It does dry the clothes! I'll have to turn it on to see if the timer advances.

okay Howard, give it about 1/2 hour and see if the timer moves. do this in both automatic and the timed cycle if you can .
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Will do! Also the Model number is XXXXX EA1WW not DCY

yes I have that up already. let me know what the timer does. I have to step out while you test this and should be back shortly.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I put the dryer on 40 Minutes and the timer did not advance. I then put it on automatic and near cotton setting and it has not moved! My original thought was the timer? What do you think Bryan?

Thanks, Howard
